Glow: Herbal Mask
This mask is the easiest thing, totally delicious and completely customizable based on what's growing in your garden. I used a combination of basil and parsley for a cooling and yummy mask but feel free to use whatever combo you have on hand. The best part about it? The entire thing is edible and fantastic. Feel free to alternate spoonful-one spoonful for the face and one for the mouth!
Fragrant Herbal Mask
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of chopped herbs
Squeeze of lemon juice
Combine and stir. Massage into your gorgeous face and allow the goodness to sink in for 15 minutes. Use lukewarm water and a gentle cloth to wipe away the mask. The yogurt will moisturize your skin, fight discoloration and diminish acne. Here are some benefits for different herbs:
Basil: diminish blackheads & prevent break-outs
Parsley: diminish under eye circles & help skin rejuvenate
Mint: soothe skin & reduce acne
Cilantro: prevent signs of aging & absorb excess oil
